Charming fairytale surroundings!

The breakfast was satisfactory for every taste, with a great selection of tasty options. The location was unbeatable, close to ski rental shops, convenient to go everywhere.

The breakfast was good for every taste, with a wide range of good options. The location was perfect, right in the center of Levi, convenient to go everywhere. We spent evenings at Pub Holmola, situated 200 metres from the hotel.

The location right in the middle of the village made everything easily accessible, especially the slopes. The room itself, a Superior Extra Twin Room with Sauna, felt spacious and included excellent amenities like a well-stocked minibar and a relaxing sauna. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with plenty of delicious options, although I noticed the breakfast room often felt overcrowded was good. The staff were warm and helpful, especially Hanna from the reception who provided really good service when we needed to adjust our checkout. I appreciated that they went out of their way to accommodate us during a stressful moment. My stay was nice, thanks to the charming atmosphere, although a few tweaks could enhance the experience even more.

Great spot for winter fun

I stayed for 3 nights with my family and loved being so close to the slopes, just a short walk! The room was nice and had a sauna, which we used after a long day on the snow. Breakfast was awesome, lots of local options! Just a bummer the sofa bed wasn't ready when we got there.

The staff was very helpful and nice and because of this and in spite of the season and the bad weather we had a wonderful stay in Levi.

Big hotel - a little outdated but all clean. Restaurant good, but very clumsy. Many day visitors. Ski cellar in the garage o.k., good ski boat heating. Sufficient parking spaces under the hotel. A few meters on foot to the lifts.

Would recommend for a break on long journey

Comfortable room, really good service, with excellent amenities including a sauna in the bathroom and a well-stocked minibar to unwind after a long day, and the hotel's convenient location allows for easy access to nearby attractions and transport options from Kittilä airport.

Lovely rooms, central location and close to the slopes

it was a bit of a hassle having to go outside to get to the dining room for breakfast. The hotel's restaurant was closed except for breakfast and the café closed at 20.00 which meant that you had to go out for dinner or a snack at night, Considering the -24 Celsius the days I stayed there I really would have liked an option at the hotel

The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast buffet was amazin, lots of tasty options. Our room with a sauna was really nice after a long day on the slopes.
